Refund policy

At PokeTCGDojo, we take great care in packing and shipping your orders. Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases where items arrive damaged or significantly different from what was described.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

The item was damaged during shipping

The product is missing or incorrect

The item arrived in a condition different than advertised (e.g. not sealed when it was listed as sealed)
To be eligible for a refund:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photo evidence of the damage or issue

3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following situations:

Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind)

Opened or unsealed items (when sold as sealed)

Issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer

Delays due to customs or postal services (outside our control)
4. Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

In cases of damage, partial refunds or replacements may be offered, depending on stock availability
