1. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via the website https://poketcgdojo.com/. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Condition

We offer both sealed and unsealed Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products. Some items may be second-hand or pre-owned and will be clearly described as such in the product listing. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and clear product photos.

3. Prices & Taxes

All prices shown on the website are in Euros (€) and include Dutch VAT (BTW) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • iDEAL

  • Other payment gateways (e.g. Stripe) may be added.

All payments must be made in full before orders are processed and shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping.

  • Estimated delivery time (NL/BE): 1–3 working days

  • International shipping: 4–15 working days depending on the destination

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once an order is shipped, the buyer will receive tracking details if applicable. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: We do not take responsibility for issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted unless there is a valid issue such as transit damage.

  • Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

  • Sealed products must remain unopened to be considered for any compensation.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

As per EU law, customers generally have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt. However, this right does not apply to:

  • Products where the seal is broken

  • Collectibles whose value can fluctuate (e.g. Pokémon cards)

By agreeing to these terms, the customer acknowledges this exception.

9. Age Requirement

There is no age restriction on ordering, but minors should have permission from a parent or guardian.

10. Liability

PokeTCGDojo is not liable for damages or losses caused by the improper use of our products, or by delays, system outages, or force majeure situations.

11. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle customer data, cookies, and third-party services.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

All agreements and disputes are governed by Dutch law. If a dispute arises, we aim to resolve it in good faith. If necessary, legal proceedings will take place under the jurisdiction of a Dutch court.
