Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide from The Netherlands.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring their country allows the import of trading cards. We are not liable for orders held or rejected by customs.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During busy periods or product releases, slight delays may occur.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer both standard and tracked shipping options.
Our preferred carriers include:

  • DHL

  • PostNL

  • DPD or similar third-party logistics providers

Customers can select the shipping method during checkout based on availability and destination.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • USA & International: 7–15 business days
    Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carriers, or peak periods.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the package size, weight, and destination.
For some products (like single cards), low-cost letterbox shipping is available.


6. Tracking & Confirmation

If tracked shipping is selected, tracking details will be sent via email once the order is dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.


7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These costs are not included in the product or shipping prices.

  • Buyers are solely responsible for any additional import fees.

  • We do not mark shipments as “gift” or undervalue them for customs purposes.


8. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery)

  • Include your order number and evidence (photos, tracking info)
    We will assist in filing a claim or resolving the issue.


9. Packaging

Products are packaged securely using padded envelopes, cardboard mailers, or boxes depending on the product type:

  • Single cards: Toploaders, sleeves, and bubble mailers

  • Booster boxes: Sturdy cardboard boxes with filler to prevent damage
